Privacy Policy

Kitchener Drywalling takes drywall requests from Kitchener and nearby — Doon South, Huron Park, Victoria Park included. Here is exactly what we keep and why.

What we collect

Whatever you choose to send us. For a drywall request that is usually your name, phone, email and the address and the details of the job. Calls to this site's number are logged with the calling number and time, and voicemails are recorded and transcribed.

How it is used

We use it for one thing: getting your job in front of the one drywall contractor who handles Kitchener requests for this site. It is not sold, rented, shared with other trades, or added to a mailing list.

Analytics

Nothing is tracking you here. There is no analytics script, no Facebook or Google pixel, and no cookie banner because there are no cookies. The host's server logs are the only record of a visit.

Keeping and deleting

Only while it is useful for your job and a short time after. Call recordings are deleted automatically after about three months.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted — email hello@kitchenerdrywalling.ca. Under CASL we contact you only with your consent; reply STOP to any text, or email the same address, to withdraw it.
